Michelle Szmajda Villatoro
President

As the founder of Just Think Hospitality®, I
bring over 16 years of invaluable leadership
development and coaching to our clients.
With specialties in corporate culture,
Leadership Programs, and custom
experiential workshops, I engage individuals
and organizations through educating,
facilitating, coaching, and training. I am
certified as a Professional Coach accredited
from the International Coach Federation and
graduated with honors from Elon University.

Julian Hutton
Executive Director

After joining the luxury adventure travel
company Abercrombie & Kent, Julian
opened and managed hotel and safari
operations throughout Africa, developed
hotels in Asia, and led Abercrombie & Kent’s
sales in North and South America. He then
set up a hotel management company, with a
portfolio of US and international experiential
properties. From Julian’s wide experience of
diverse cultures at all levels, from line staff
to senior managers, he knows how to make
training succeed by connecting with the
audience, in order to give people practical
real world solutions for them to solve the
issues they face every day.
