Our approach

PHASE 1: ALIGN

Just Think Hospitality® acts as a catalyst to
develop, define, or revise our client’s culture.
Following an assessment of the current culture and
employee experience, we present findings during
a strategic Executive Alignment workshop. A
Communication Strategy may be developed to
further define and customize Standards and co-
author user friendly content for a sustainable
program.

PHASE 2: EDUCATE

Phase II kicks off with leaders participating in a
customized version of the Signature Leadership
Development Program
where they learn
leadership skills through education, instruction,
demonstrations, coaching, and group exercises.
Following this all managers and employees will
participate in a Custom Experiential Engagement
Workshop
where they will receive a deeper
understanding of the values, empathy &
hospitality concepts in order to build emotional
connections with customers and other
employees.

PHASE 3 : SUSTAIN

One -on -One and group Coaching & Consulting
programs are customized based on your specific
goals, and sustainability of Phase I & II . Our
coaching programs focus on strategic results
that produce intentional behavioral and cultural
change.

Signature Leadership Development Program

Our Signature Leadership Development Program is a supportive, thought
provoking and engaging program to help leaders grow.

This program will provide an opportunity to build relationships and
improve leadership competencies through discussion, group coaching,
and hands on exercises. The program includes:

 

A Pre & Post Assessment from a
Certified Master Practitioner

 

A series of on-site coach centric
leadership competency workshops

 

One-on-One coaching sessions
for each participant
